SHIPPING

Our shipping process is automated and the item is in the shipping process within 30 minutes of the order and cannot be reversed.  If you order the item by mistake you will receive the item and you will need to open a return request to return the item.

Items that are greater than $450 will be shipped with a signature required. All other items less than $450 will normally not require a signature unless requested. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment to ensure the security of the item.

Some order less than $450 may be shipped with a signature required at the discretion of Spoiled Biker.

Spoiled Biker will ship the fastest and most economical method available. Those methods may include but are not limited to: USPS - First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail, FedEx - Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day and Next Day UPS - Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 7 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment.

If the package/product is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the package as being damaged and contact us immediately (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package.
After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 3 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.

RETURNS

Requirements for refund: Items must be in new condition in original packaging (Apparel and Helmets must have original tags attached) Installed items that show installation marks of any kind are USED and cannot be returned. Items with Bolt marks, Abrasions, Opened Shrink Wrap packages or any indication that the item is not NEW will be refused.

Your Return must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip showing your order number You must initiate the return within the number of days indicated on the eBay listing. You must Obtain an RMA and Shipping Address Prior to Returning the item.

Our goal is to provide a no hassle returns policy and refund your money quickly. To help us do this please contact us through eBay with any questions or concerns regarding refunds and exchanges. You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping charges to return items to us unless we offer free returns on that item,  the item is defective or the item was shipped in error.
