All items are shipped in either a bubble mailer or box with padding, for added protection. Please grade the photos carefully, as the item(s) in the photo is what you will receive.

In my ongoing commitment to the environment, your item may be shipped in a previously used padded mailer or box, using previously used packing materials. Also, I do not provide packing slips or other promotional inserts.

As always, 10% of the final sale price will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

PREORDER DISCLAIMER: At times, I will sell a preorder item. These are items which I have a confirmed order but do not have in my possession yet. In this case, there is a 30-day handling time to cover the time of shipping from the supplier, handling and shipment to you. If you purchase a preorder item, and I cannot fulfill the order for some reason, you will be notified and refunded your full purchase + shipping price.

Payment

Payment is due with three (3) days of your purchase date. If you cannot make payment within the three (3) day window, please let me know and I will be happy to work with you.

Shipping and Handling

I combine shipping as long as you use the cart to checkout. If you experience an issue with the shipping price not combining, please contact me. 

Your item will ship within three (3) business days of receiving your cleared payment. I only ship Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number is provided for all orders.

Communication

If you have any questions about an item, please contact me. I do my best to reply to questions as quickly as possible. Once you receive your item, and if the order meets your standards, I would greatly appreciate positive, 5-star feedback.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within the 30 day return/refund period. I will do my best to provide you with 110% satisfaction.

Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and/or return. In many cases, a refund can be processed in one business day. If you return an item for a refund, the refund will be issued once the return is received. Be aware that returns and refunds are only available for 30 days after you receive your order.

Please note that if you return an item for any reason, other than defective, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to the return.

If your item(s) arrived damaged during the shipping process, please contact me and I will see about opening a case with the shipping service.
