Small tear in the joint of the book on the front cover about an inch from the bottom of the book.  There's an indentation on the front cover from the tear at the joint that travels diagonally across the cover of the book to the bottom right corner.  The book has general wear and tear from use/storage on a shelf.  Black colored pigmentation on the endpaper at the back of the book on the top left corner - see picture # 12 with "alligator" in a hat.
