MARYLAND ROSE aka STIEFF ROSE was introduced in the 1900 despite such Stieff used the 1892 (date of "Hand Chased Rose" first flatware pattern of the new company, a hold of the old klank pattern with the same name dating back to 1871 and then close,  STIEFF ROSE a magnificent example of the ancient technique known as "repoussé." Stieff Rose has remained for over a century as one of the most popular sterling silverware patterns ever produced.

Offered this time in its GAMER CARVING SET FORK 8 ½”, KNIFE 9 3/8”  sharpening details on the edge blade and cosmetic ones on the tines despite such both are in a very desirable condition, and its ICE CREAM SERVER 10 ½” this with a rather hard to find OPEN SHIELD- NO monogram and plated blade, all handles in an excellent condition NO dents with an aged patina enhancing its details, stamped –THE STIEFF COMPANY- SILVERSMITHS - STERLING-
