This is a Blackberry brand phone case that came with a Blackberry phone perhaps in the early 2000's.  It has never been used and has the original foam insert.  The approximate dimensions are 4" tall x 3" wide.  The opening is approximately 1/2".   I believe it is leather but can't confirm this.
