I eliminated the guide pins, they are unnecessary, and they get bound up.

Bored .002 over the bolt size for really tight fit and smooth action all on my CNC mill.

Only diamond can cut Tungsten, but Ceramic Belts Will grind it down on concentrated points

Dip into water all you want, nothing will rust

Use 1/2” wrench & Allen wrench to tighten, do not over tighten.
