Effective Immediately: DIGAuctions will solely be shipping via UPS, due to the current complications regarding USPS and their inability to keep up with increased holiday shipping volumes and will be late being delivered. This will allow us to provide our customers with verified tracking because USPS is NOT currently updating tracking for packages shipped and/or in transit to their destinations. We have spoken with eBay regarding this development and they have let us know that shipping times have been lengthened considerably. Customers are experiencing up to a 10 day delay, or more, for packages shipped via USPS. We offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. A photo of any damage may be requested if needed.

NO INFLATED SHIPPING CHARGES.

WE WILL NOT UNDERSTATE VALUE OF ANY ITEM ON A CUSTOMS FORM, OR MARK AS A GIFT.

WE OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING. YOUR INVOICE WILL BE COMBINED IF MULTIPLE ITEMS WERE WON THAT WEEK.  YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.  WE WILL COMBINE ANY ITEMS THAT CAN SHIP TOGETHER.  LARGE ITEMS MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL PACKAGE.

TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE PACKAGES ARE PROCESSED.

RETURNS:

30 DAY RETURN POLICY.  IF ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED FULL REFUNDS OF PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE ISSUED EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.

AFTER 30 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

When will my item ship? Will it be packed securely?
ALL purchases are PROFESSIONALLY packaged and are processed for shipping before the end of the next available business day, usually shipped within 24 hours or less, once we receive CLEARED PAYMENT. Holidays and severe weather may delay shipping by a day and during a particularly busy week shipping may take an extra day. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

 Do you have any more pictures available you can send?
We have provided the best quality and quantity of image that we are capable of providing. Items are listed a week in advance of the auction and NO OTHER PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE.

 Will you end auction items early?
We will not accept any offers to end an auction early. We do not end auction items early in an effort to be fair to all bidders.

 Do you combine shipping for MULTIPLE ITEMS won?
YES! WE ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING!
