• All items come from a smoke-free home.

• Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end date and IMMEDIATELY for Buy it Now items. All invoices not paid after 3 days will cause an unpaid case to be opened with eBay.

• There are absolutely no refunds for buyer’s remorse, so please make sure you want the item before making an offer or bidding on an item.

• Only payments managed by eBay will be accepted. Payment is only accepted in US funds.

• I will combine shipping on multiple items when you contact me prior to payment requesting an invoice for combined shipping.

• All shipping costs are paid by the winning bidder unless otherwise noted.  I have no control over cost of shipping as prices are set by USPS.  I charge actual shipping costs plus insurance based on weight and price of item.  Offers to include shipping in the listed price will not be accepted due to shipping costs based on your location are out of my control. I price items with the buyer paying shipping costs.  Tracking numbers are provided by eBay for all shipping services.

• I try to ensure all items are packed to prevent breakage. In the event an item would be damaged in shipping, all items are insured and this is included in the handling fee.

• Shipment will be made within 3 days of receipts of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).  I do send a notification message once the item has been delivered to the post office or picked up by the postal carrier.

• Shipment will only be to a US address only. Sorry, I DO NOT ship internationally.

• Feedback is important to me. If for any reason you are unhappy please let me know so we can resolve any issues together before leaving any negative feedback.
