Here we have an original warrior sculpture by DARIOS CHIKUMBIRIKE - well know shona artist. I purchased this piece myself in person over 30 years ago whilst on holiday in Zimbabwe and had it shipped back to the UK. It's been stored for a lot of that time.
It's a beautiful serpentine green verdite stone with hues of brown and black also. Check the measurements as this is a LARGE BUST.
It has a few blemishes- hence the price- but just needs to be polished and waxed. The detailing is still superb and it is quite a large piece also. You could not lift this yourself!!
