Pretty, vintage art deco wristwatch, made by Bulova, likely somewhere between 1924 and 1933. Based on catalog searches, this model appears to be the Bulova 'Justine', or a model very similar to that style.  This model features white gold filled case, 17 jewel movement, and simulation blue sapphires. 

Not sure if  the bracelet on this watch is original, and it's possible that other parts have been replaced or are missing.

The back of the watch is engraved with the initials ' L D '.

There is a little bit of play with the winder, but not enough to move the hands. The front glass piece appears intact. All of the sapphires surrounding the watch face are present. The face is easy to read and shows little tarnishing.
