This 2009 toy has been stored in a climate controlled indoor closet inside a plastic bin with other LPS merchandise. It is new. Never opened. Authentic from Hasbro. Purchased in Texas from either Target, Walmart, or Toys R Us to add to our toy collections.

This item does NOT appear to have any loose parts within the unopened package.
Package is not damaged, with slight plastic buckling, and minimal shelf wear from retail storage and handling.

The plastic appears not securely glued around the top front, where the plastic should be connected to the card backing. The tape that secures the plastic to the card backing isn't smooth and tightly secured — causes the package to make atypical louder noise when handling. Despite, this item does not appear ever opened or open.

All imperfections are visible in photographs.
