Analog to Wireless Wiring Free High Precision 1-4 Channel 4-20MA 0-10V Analog Radio Conversion 3KM

Analog wireless converter specification

Introduction to analog wireless converter

Analog radio converter is a kind of equipment that converts analog signal to radio. It is divided into transmitter and receiver and used in pairs. The transmitter converts the field 4-20MA /0-10V analog signals into radio signals and transmits them to the remote end. The remote receiver then restores the wireless signals into analog signals of the corresponding channel of the transmitter.Wireless transmission adopts Lora mode, communication distance up to 3000 meters, can be widely used in the field need analog signal long-distance transmission occasions.

Indicator light description:

Power supply indicator light: when the analog wireless converter is connected to the power supply, the power supply indicator light will always twinkle or not light is abnormal.

Wireless indicator light: when the device transmits a wireless signal and receives a wireless signal, the wireless indicator light will flicker for a moment. If there is no transmitted or received signal, it will always go off.

Analog indicator light: When there is no analog 4-20mA/0-10V input or output, analog indicator light IN1, IN2, IN3 and IN4 are in normal out state. When there is analog input or output in a certain channel, the indicator light of corresponding channel will always be on.

Four, analog wireless converter operation steps

(1) Open the waterproof box, connect the antenna from the interface terminal, and place the antenna at an appropriate height vertically to the ground.

(2) Turn on the power and observe whether the power supply indicator light and wireless indicator light are normal.

(3) Input 4-way analog quantity 4-20mA/0-10V, and the wiring diagram is shown in the figure above.

Five, analog wireless converter usage scenario

(1) Do the analog quantity to extend the use

The transmitter collects 4-20mA/0-10V analog quantity sensor, analog quantity controller and other signals, converts them into wireless signals and transmits them to the remote end, where the remote receiver restores the received wireless signals into corresponding analog quantity signals.

(2) Multiple transmitters and receivers are used simultaneously in the same area

When multiple transmitters and multiple receivers are used in the same area, the same transmitter and receiver use the same channel, and different channels can be used to distinguish them. The device can set up up to 15 channels.
