✔ We HIGHLY suggest Express Shipping which is much faster and way more reliable than Standard Shipping. We are not the shipping company and therefore we are not in control and not responsible for the service provided by the shipping company. Same as you, once we ship an order, we expect that the shipper (third party company between buyer and seller) does the job promised.
✔ AT TIME OF DELIVERY, take photo/video of the package, the shipping label and keep recording while unwrapping the item/s. Carefully pay attention to any possible damages and if you notice something wrong, make sure the video is showing the problem. It is not possible to make any claim and/or requests without a video evidence. 

➤ NOTE:

➤ REFUND / RETURNS:
We adopt the basic standard policy... Buyer must contact us within 7 days after delivery. We accept returns up to 14 days which means you have 14 days after delivery to send it back. The item/s must arrive/returned to us in 21 days from the day the buyer claims to return the item/s. The item/s must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unused and without any damages.
