Pokémon Lapras (Japanese no rarity) Southern Islands - Tropical Island 'Sea' Set
This is Lapras from the Southern Islands Collection. This one was in the 'Sea' set with holo Marill and Tentacruel. LP condition due to a small crease to the bottom right border that I highlighted in the pictures but overall it's not a bad-looking card.
