Tiles come with a paper front attached to protect the surface of the tile. The back has ridges to help hold the adhesive.
To remove the paper from the FRONT of the tile, please soak in warm water for a few minutes. The tiles will then easily slide off.

Return Policy:
Weldbond, Tile Mesh and Grout Colorants are not returnable.
Most
items are returnable. Those that are not returnable due to nature of
the product are clearly marked in the return policy area on the
listing. If you would like to return an item, please email prior to
shipping it back for return instructions in order to return the item
properly and qualify for refund. Item must be returned in unopened
original package. Shipping cost to and from buyer is not refundable.

Tiles
may come loose, on paper front or on mesh. If the tiles have a paper
front, you are seeing the back of the tiles ridges. To remove from the
paper, simply place the tile sheet in warm soapy water for about 3
minutes and the paper will slide off easily. Tiles on mesh backing
simply pop off when pulled.
