We designed this module and made it by ourself.

Features and Specification:

OLED Panel Size:3.12#
OLED Panel Color:White; (U can add any color filter by urself)
OLED IC: SSD1362
OLED Module Size:100mm(L)*33mm(W)*6mm(H) (12mm(H) total with PINS height);
Interface:SPI or I2C (Recommend SPI for the fast speed,I2C is too slow for driving this module);
Operation Voltage: 3.3V~5.0V all work;

STM32 IO simulate SPI Sample code:
Arduino U8G2 Lib code for SPI/I2C interface(Recommend u use this one);
Arduino code for displaying 16-level Bitmap on screen by using SPI;

Have tested on Arduino UNO(mega328), Arduino Nodemcu(ESP8266),ESP32-C3 dev board on Arduino IDE, all worked fine;
