Where items are posted I offer a no quibble returns policy so long as the item is returned unused/unworn in the condition it was sent to you. Like most ebayers I regret that I cannot refund any postage costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Cosmetics and underwear are not returnable for reasons of hygiene.

If other items are shown in the photographs, they are not included but are normally listed separately.

Descriptive terms:

I try and describe used items accurately and highlight any significant imperfections or flaws I use the following broad terms

·         New – a new item that has not been worn and is in the same condition as the shops – with or without tags or packaging.

·         Excellent – used but in a similar condition to when bought perhaps used only once or twice.

·         Very good used condition – may have been worn several times and be softer from washing

·         Good condition may include minor flaws and fade

·         Distressed and work wear are worn items with damage or significant signs of use

·         Vintage – an item from 20^th century

·         Antique – an item over 100 years old
