Where items are posted I offer a no quibble returns policy so long as the item is returned unused/unworn in the condition it was sent to you. Like most ebayers I regret that I cannot refund any postage costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Cosmetics and underwear are not returnable for reasons of hygiene.

If other items are shown in the photographs, they are not included but are normally listed separately.

Postage:

For UK mainland buyers I offer free a tracked courier service. For all other delivery including international postage please contact me for a quote. International buyers please be aware that you may be responsible for the payment of additional import duty and taxes depending on your location.

Where an alternative untracked or unsigned for service is requested by you I reserve the right not to refund in the event the item is reported as not delivered until I have received a refund from the courier who may require your details to carry out an investigation I always obtain proof of posting.

Postage and packing charge. Ebay charges 10% on postage costs alongside its selling and paypal’s transaction fees, please understand that this along with the cost of packing materials and time are included in my charges which is higher than the just the price of the stamp itself. I do all I can to provide a fast and efficient service at a reasonable price

Descriptive terms:

I try and describe used items accurately and highlight any significant imperfections or flaws I use the following broad terms

·         New – a new item that has not been worn and is in the same condition as the shops – with or without tags or packaging.

·         Excellent – used but in a similar condition to when bought perhaps used only once or twice.

·         Very good used condition – may have been worn several times and be softer from washing

·         Good condition may include minor flaws and fade

·         Distressed and work wear are worn items with damage or significant signs of use

·         Vintage – an item from 20^th century

·         Antique – an item over 100 years old
