Nothing beats actually seeing an items so I offer a no quibble returns policy so long as the item is returned in its original condition and for new items with tags and any other protective packaging intact and undamaged. Please not that for hygiene reasons swimwear, underwear and cosmetics cannot be returned. In line with ebay policies return postage may be at the buyer’s expense

Glossary

I describe clothing using the following terms

NEW with tags – new item with tags without defects as you would buy from a retailer

NEW without tags or box – as above just no tags or box etc. The original retailer may have sold it without tags

Excellent condition – hard to distinguish from a new item no marks or defects, may only have been worn once.

Very good condition – worn and may have the lightest signs of use e.g. light marking to sole or be slightly softer from washing

Good condition – used item may have signs of use or wear but without significant marks or wear unless these are specified.

Distressed – significant signs of wear.

Retro – look of an another era but not of that date

Vintage – an item from 20^th century

Antique item over 100 years old
