As for the cosmetic condition this necklace and pendant have been used and are in excellent condition with minor age and use related signs of handling tarnish to the chain and signed plectrum. Although without deep scratches or chips to the pendent, therefore I'd rate it 8.5-9/10. No box included although I'll include a box for free.
