An ornate miniature Edwardian mahogany table-top cabinet with extensive brass decoration. Opening doors with original lock and key and with drawer above, again with lock and key. There is a central vacant brass cartouche to the top. Panelled doors and sides, inset with scrolled brass decoration. The base has a raised plinth, and it sits on four wooden bun feet.
Cleaned, re-waxed and polished.
Measurements: 25 cm wide, 16.5 cm deep, and 27 cm high.
Aftercare:
Cleaned and restored (where
necessary) to a high presentable standard. Occasionally wipe over with a soft
cloth. From time to time, use a spray furniture polish containing bees wax, to
maintain its satin sheen. Please don't use a silicone spray as this could have
a detrimental effect on the waxed surface.
