This is as good as it gets...mint new old stock with a nice clean display box. Once you build it and put it on the stand you can make the emergency lights flash, and hear the motor rev and siren wail.  Some of the cellophane covering box is torn in some areas.  You are buying what is listed in the title and pictured here.  I have taken numerous pictures of this item, and should you require more information please feel free to email me and I will do my best to answer any questions.  Because grading is subjective to each individual, it is important that you review all pictures closely.  If there is some damage or missing parts I will do my best to always mention what I see.  All items I offer are sold as-is,  as pictured, with no returns, so please look at the pictures ask questions and judge it for yourself.
