New Drive will included Windows Preloaded of your choosing with step by step directions. Customer will use their existing product key on computer. We don't provide product keys other than ones sold with our computers

Pre windows 8 computers will have a product key on the bottom of them or under the battery. You will need a windows product key to activate windows. Computers that came with Windows 8 or new will not need a product key and will authenticate without it since they are imbedded in the board. Windows will need authentication on any version

You must choose the correct version. Home product keys will not work for Professional and vice versa
