You are looking at a Near Mint copy of Star Trek: The Next Generation Inaugural Edition Collector Cards Checklist by Skybox in 1992. 

The Checklist breaks down the 120 card set into 11 categories and a separate category for the Bonus Cards.

This Checklist was only available as a mail-away item back in 1992 so you don't see many of them around or in this condition.

As it was a mail-away item, it was sent out folded in 3 in an envelope. As such, it's in Near Mint condition.

It will be mailed in a page protector, sandwiched between 2 sheets of cardboard and a heavy envelope via Expedited Lite with Tracking in Canada and Tracked Packet to the USA. It will be mailed via Economy Int'l Shipping without Tracking worldwide due to cost.
