Vintage Kids Jelly Tube Folding Chair Pink and White Palm Trees.  Has some black marks on the white part of underside of seat and back of the top of chair.  Ends of the armrests are scratched up.  Some rust on bottom of legs.  Chair was stored indoors.  Chair is child sized.
