I have had this teapot for quite a few years. Something about it fascinates me, but it is time for me to part with it. I have never learned much about it, so if someone out there could enlighten me that would be great. It is a small teapot measuring 5 1/4 inches tall with the lid in place and 7 1/2 inches from spout to handle. The white decoration is raised. Other than occasional dust wipe I have not tried to clean it in any way. Always afraid I might destroy the patina on something I am not familiar with. So I leave it alone.
Please check out all my pictures carefully. They are a much better description than anything I could write. I use pictures to show accurately the condition of the item listed and try to be "your" eyes with my pictures. I do not try to hide flaws, in fact I showcase anything that I think might be of interest to the buyer. Sorry for all the glare and reflections. Be mindful of all the glare and reflections. I tried different things to remedy that situation, but to no avail. Nothing worked. Use the enlargement feature! I try and ship within 24 hours and pack as if I expect the package to be drop kicked. All glass/breakables are double boxed for shipping. I check all the major carriers and I am happy to use whichever one you would like.
Happy customers are my number one goal. I do not ship breakables Internationally. Too many unhappy endings!!
