Shows light wear from use and storage, including minor surface marks and scratches.  It has been gently hand polished and cleaned, and it has nice shine, and is very clean.  It is straight and round, not bent out of shape, porcelain has nice color with no visible damages or chips, has no personal monograms or engravings, comes with the original soldered shut bail meant to be worn on a necklace, with no major issues at all.


It is nicely done with a hand painted porcelain disc featuring the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ on the front and the Mother Virgin Mary Panagia on the back, set in a more ornate 10K gold bezel.  It is not maker or artist signed either on the porcelain or the gold bezel, but it is marked on the bail 10CT.  This mark indicates a European gold standard and would have been made in this region.


This is a really great, very collectible piece for those that collect unique Orthodox Christian fine jewelry and you're looking for a piece like this to wear or display in your collection!  It is lovely in person!
