The medal is awarded to personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Filipino citizens, military personnel and citizens of allied nations with the Philippines, Tri-media and Public Affairs Practitioners as well as Journalist. The medal recognizes meritorious and invaluable contributions that highly promoted or influenced the defense accomplishments and national security objectives of the Armed Forces of the Phillipines by means of utilizing mass media.

While I sell items at prices way below normal retail I can’t afford to sell them at a loss. Due to eBay policy on charging commission on postage and withholding payments on untracked items and recent increased postage rates, $7.50 is the minimum postage.
