Victorian Edwardian Antique Tango Boots Beads Straps Button Silk Leather.

Black silk upper on leather, with rows of beaded straps that button on the side.

These boots are likely from 1890-1910s.

Some damage or wear as shown in photos but good condition considering the age.

Ankle is very slim. Possible to move the buttons as there is room. The footbed fits my size 6 foot but check measurements below.
