Stop Shouting at Your Friends – use Binaural Monitoring
When chatting in-game with D-ANC on, you can activate binaural monitoring to allow some outside sound to pass back into the earcups. To implement binaural monitoring, the F.R.E.Q. 9 uses two mics to monitor outside noise as well as two mics to monitor audio inside the earcups to optimize pass-through of voice frequencies – handy if you want to talk to someone in the room without removing your headset. Lag and Lip-Sync Issues Eliminated – aptX Makes it Possible.
