Pierre Cardin short sleeve navy blue patterned shirt sz 4XL/5XL

There's a pleasing diamond style pattern on this navy blue shirt. Roomy and comfy and the colour is a very slightly darker version of the button photo. From size measurement tables I've estimated the size to be 4XL/5XL but please check the measurements below for clarification.
