All discs come from my personal collection and may have some varied wear, but I treat and house them very nicely. Some damage may occur during transit, but again this is very rare. I can count on one hand the issues I have had regarding mail in the years I have been eBaying.
Regarding best offers - - I will consider (and have accepted) REASONABLE best offers. Some lists will reject offers, but I sometimes forget to set that up. But don't waste my time with some absurd low ball offer, because I will just ignore it. And if you send it repeatedly or raise it by, like, a quarter, I'll just continue to ignore it until you run out. I'm not just going to accept some 75 percent off offer. Sometimes I will not accept an offer if the listing is too new, though. But keep an eye out and over time I might be more willing as items turnover.
Shipping rates cover the item (which is pretty expensive item to item), the packing materials, the handling time (I personally mail all my sales at my local post office), and the fee that eBay takes. I'm not Amazon Prime and cannot afford to be. But at least you know with me you are getting something owned by, packaged by, and mailed by me. And I will happily combine shipping!
