Vintage Lillie Rubin cocktail dress from the 1980s in luscious stretch velvet in jet black, with wild and craaaazee off-white taffeta quasi-Elizabethan collar - talk about a statement dress! It has long sleeves and fits like a glove. Super 80s glam!
