US buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees, and VAT.
Returns
are permitted unless otherwise noted in the listing. If the item is not as described,
I will refund your total price (incl S/H), and pay return postage. If you are
not satisfied with the item received, please message me directly rather than
using the case system.
In order
to get a refund if your purchase is lost in the mail, you need to ask
for/select tracking. Cost is $12 to
Canada, $15 to the US and $24 to the rest of the world. Purchases over
$70 in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's expense.
