Necklace has a plastic Gold Heart with the MMPR Emblem.  There are 3 Power Ranger charms dangling from the bottom of the heart.  You get 7 gem stickers to decorate the heart and a pink cord to hang it from.  There were 9 jewelry pieces in the collection.  

Card measures 5" W x 1/2" D x 8" H

This item is new old stock and is still sealed in the original package.  The card is in overall good condition.  I only see minor wear - minor rubs on cardboard.  Please see photos.
