Antique ice box lock made of nickel plated brass. Lock part is iron. A magnet does not attach to the ornamental parts, but it does attach to the lock in back.

4 3/4" long and just over 2" wide.

It weighs 7.2 oz unboxed.

In good to very good original old vintage condition; needs some clean up ~ has old paint and expected age and wear. The lock part has surface rust and seems to be missing part of the metal. No key. Also on the lock are some letters starting with a J; the rest is hard to make out.

When the handle is lifted the lock mechanism lifts slightly, but we don't know if it is functional.
