Cool vintage 1960s  Hat from  Flechet, Paris and is a "Berliner Modelle" Black Velour Womens Fedora Hat, with black Mink Trim, in excellent condition. It has a short rolled brim.I have a large head plus hair( about 23") and it fits me perfect if not a tiny bit loose.
