Vintage 1930's big girl's ( might fit a small woman- see measurements) cotton dress with tie belt. 

Old store stock dress, Salesman's Sample, rare find, great shape structurally, significant fading and dirty,  note colors are truest in closeup photos- from an old Gettysburg area general store, as seen on American Pickers episode 10, Season 18!
I had to wash it so the tag is gone.
