Sales Tax is applied to transaction based on state and is charged by eBay.

Item will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. Free Tracking is included with all shipments. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas might include extra shipping (ask for a quote if you have any concerns). No shipping on weekends.

International Shipping: We only ship to certain countries outside the United States. 

Returns: If you wish to return an item, the item must be unused, uninstalled, brand new and in its packaging. Item must also be returned within 14 days of you (buyer) having received the item, which is indicated by tracking details. No Exceptions. 
There will also be a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges (including "free shipping" charges).
