A unique Flush Jet which protrudes only 1.6mm above the bath and requiring a 14/15mm hole through the base of the bath. Thus unique and modern Flush Spa Nozzle incorporates a non return valve and can be safely fitted to baths that are between 20-31mm thick, less if sawn and more if the 6mm safety washer is omitted.

The rubber safety washer prevents damage to the acrylic of the bath by cushioning it from overtightening which can also snap plastic nozzles over time.

The spa nozzles are best sealed to the bath, top and bottom, with Dow Corning silicone sealant which can be bought seperately.  Silicone should be applied to the underside of the top part of the nozzle and the top and bottom of the rubber washer, any excess should be cleaned off the top of the nozzle when it is tight.

The spa nozzles can be linked together up to a maximum of 3 in a single string, 6 in a double string. double strings help to balance the air. The Barbed pipe carriers should belinked using gently heated 8-9mm PVC pipe which can be glued for extra security.
