All free postage is sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery, generally this is a 2-3 day delivery service however this is only an estimate by the Royal Mail meaning if there are any delays within the Royal Mails systems then it could arrive slightly later. The only guaranteed for a specific day delivery is the "Guaranteed next day before 1pm" option. All other postage methods can rarely be subjected to Royal Mail delays or in even rarer circumstances they are stolen or lost altogether. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch then please contact me through Ebay before leaving feedback so we can follow up your order to check it's been lost, then sort out either replacements or refunds.
