damage is not covered. All damages caused by the end-user will void the
warranty.
- Any
third-party repairs or upgrades or software that we did not install or
authorized will not be covered under the warranty.
Return Policy
- Our return
policy is 30 days after the customer receives the unit.
- You
can claim a refund for any computer not working within that
time. After that only repairs will be authorized.
- Any sort of
damage while shipping should be reported to us within 48
hours for replacements.
- Returns will
go through an authorization process by our RMA/ Warranty Department.
- Any
products returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied
with an RMA number and properly packed with the original item.
