The batteries are leak-proof and are characterized by their longevity. Note: We recommend avoiding the use of battery testers as these - depending on the device - can discharge the battery instantaneously. The same applies to touching the cells with bare fingers. Leakage currents can occur through the skin, which cause the cell to discharge. Using dry rubber gloves can prevent this and ensure proper battery function. To avoid unintentionally discharging the cells, please ensure that the cells remain in their packaging until use and are not stacked on top of each other. Otherwise, short circuits and fault currents can also discharge the cell.
