My Details

I am a PRIVATE seller, I'm not a business or company and I do go to work all day.

Generally I can only do my Ebaying when I get home from work

I live in the UK and English is my only language so International Buyers please be mindful regarding time zone differences

Remember by Winning or Buying you are in a Legally Binding Contract to pay for the item.

None Paying Buyers/Bidders will be reported to Ebay and they may well suspend or close your account if they wish.

All items will have Model, Serial, IMEI numbers, etc. recorded. I reserve the right to use hidden security mark on items as I see fit. All security marked items will be filmed being marked.

Please ensure you retain ALL boxes, packaging & item contents, without these you will not be able to return the item.

Any errors in this listings which has been originated from the manufacturer or valid online resources/shops are not valid reason for return of any product.

Payment

For UK & International buyers I will accept PAYPAL ONLY in GB Pounds ONLY.

All Payments must be made within 48 Hours

Shipping

I will ONLY! ship to the UK unless! it is stated Shipping will "generally" be by Royal Mail. Some items will be sent by Hermes Courier due to their size/weight. This will be stated within the item description.

I will do my best to despatch the item the next day (excluding Sundays) if you purchase before 8PM (UK Time). I DO NOT! Offer same day despatch as I am at work all day. If there is a delay I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you.

Shipping/Postage costs are not just for the postage value of the item. It is for the cost of time, packaging, travel, & parking, etc. this is added up to generate the shipping charge.  ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY WILL ONLY BE BY 1PM AND IF DESPATCHED ON A FRIDAY IT WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY NOT SATURDAY AS IT IS NOT A WORKING DAY.*

Storage

All Items come from a Smoke & Pet Free Household

Any media has been kept in its original packaging where possible and away from any sunlight/heat/microwaves & electric currents.

Packaging

Getting the item to you and it in is proper condition is very important to me.

I believe in being environmentally friendly and will reuse packaging, jiffy bags, etc. where they are in a full and reusable state.

I use bubble wrap/ polystyrene / absorbent foam where this is necessary.

Returns

Please be aware that if you wish to return any item, it must be within 30 days.

1.    All shipping costs are the responsibly of the BUYER and not me.

2.    Items will ONLY be accepted if returned using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Tracked Courier service and you must inform me of the tracking number upon return.

3.    Returned items MUST be in their original condition with their FULL contents & original packaging SEALED!.

4.    All items will be tested and checked
