will gladly make every effort to resolve any unforeseen issues. We do our
best to make sure all of our listings are totally accurate and have the best
possible photo. We do occasionally make a mistake, or maybe you feel the
item that you purchased was not clearly represented in the photo.
Whatever the reason we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to ask any questions before
purchase to ensure you are getting the product you want.
Payment - Payment
is due within 3 days of auctions close. Items purchased through one
of our store listings should be paid for at the time of purchase.
Shipping - It
is always our goal to ship all items on the next business day once your payment
has been received (excluding weekends and holidays), and at the best possible
rate. We do offer calculated shipping if you have multiple purchases.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days. A
full refund will be issued if it was our mistake. Refund minus shipping cost
will be issued for exchanges or returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all International returns.
