Refunds for lost items will not be paid if the address details supplied were incorrect. Term of Sales In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals.  Clothing and protective items sales are not returnable or refundable. Please ensure you are 100% certain you want to buy before ordering. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original packing note and copy invoice (as proof of purchase). You will need to cover the cost of postage. We cannot accept any item unsealed, opened, used, broken. Also, we cannot accept any returns because of the customer’s personal decision that customer didn’t like the products. We are accepting returns if the reason is only technical.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. Any damage or other issues with your purchase must have photographic evidence.

By Post

Where possible please try and use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure it is securely packaged as TB-PRO cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting. Make sure you take your parcel to your local Post Office in enough time for it to get to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note returns made by post are at the customers' own expense. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.
