Ovviamente, ci teniamo a ricordare a tutti i nostri clienti e futuri
clienti che tutti i nostri oggetti hanno un'età che può variare dai 30
ai 50 anni, e quindi potrebbero avere qualche componente
interna/elettronica che dopo qualche anno potrebbe scaricarsi o
deteriorarsi e quindi, come un auto d'epoca, hanno bisogno di
manutenzione. Si tratta di oggetti d'epoca, appunto.
- Acquistando
da noi, potrai usufruire di alcuni punti fondamentali nella trattativa e
nel rapporto tra venditore e cliente. Innanzitutto puoi contattarci su
Whatsapp(puoi scriverci da qualsiasi parte del mondo) e ti invieremo un
video dell'oggetto che hai acquistato.
- Se l'oggetto che hai
acquistato, al momento della prova finale, dovesse risultare difettoso o
non funzionante(vi ricordo che si tratta di apparecchi di 30 o 40 o 50
anni), sarai immediatamente informato e rimborsato! Quindi non corri
nessun rischio, non perderai neanche 1€!
- In fine, se l'oggetto che
hai acquistato, dovesse avere problemi tra 6 mesi, oppure un anno,
oppure due anni, non c'è nessun problema: puoi usufruire della nostra
assistenza tecnica! Ci spedisci l'oggetto, noi lo rimetteremo a posto e
te lo rispediremo! Ovviamente, le due spedizione e l'assistenza tecnica
sono a tue spese(come è ovvio che sia).

anywhere in the world) and we will send you a video of the item you have
purchased.
- If the item you purchased, at the time of the final test,
should prove to be defective or not working (I remind you that these
are 30 or 40 or 50 years old devices), you will be immediately informed
and refunded! So you do not take any risk, you will not lose even 1€!
- Finally,
if the item you purchased should have problems in 6 months, or a year,
or two years, there is no problem: you can take advantage of our
technical assistance! You send the item back to us, we will put it back
and send it back to you! Obviously, the two shipping and technical
assistance are at your expense (as it obviously is).

Non ci assumiamo responsabilità per danni dovuti a spedizioni con
tragitti molto lunghi e quindi soggette a molti spostamenti con il

un video del regolare funzionamento dell'apparecchio e non mi assumo
responsabilità di danni causati dal trasporto, e quindi non effettuo
rimborsi. Quindi, che sia chiaro: dal momento in cui vi ho fatto il
video dell'oggetto e abbiamo constatato insieme che è perfettamente
funzionante, dal momento in cui viene imballato e spedito le mie
responsabilità finiscono!
I miei oggetti, anche se sono
funzionanti, sono venduti con la formula AS-IS(così com'è; visto e
piaciuto). Questa è un'asta con vendita tra privati, io non sono un
commerciante. Non ho un negozio, non fornisco fatture o garanzie.
Disponendo un'offerta, si accetta espressamente di rinunciare a
qualsiasi garanzia così come previsto dalla normativa europea. Ai sensi
dell'art. 5 comma 3c del DLGS 185/99 l'acquirente non può esercitare il
diritto di recesso.
