This mint condition 1988 Cartwright's Cottage was sold by David Winter (John Hine Studios, Inc.) in 1989 as a charity for the Ronald McDonald House. The certificate of authenticity is included in the sale (see photo). The box is fine condition and the cottage and COA are in mint condition. Comes from a Smoke and Pet Free Home!
