FED 2a 35mm RF film camera, code F120, Russia 1955/1956, serial number 053672, with 50mm f3.5 retractable lens, serial number 324992, lens cap, spool and case with strap.

The Fed 2a is almost identical to the Fed-2, carrying the same castings and specifications, but with round rangefinder window. Advancing knob, accessory shoe screwed on top plate, strap lugs, serial number stamped on rear, eyepiece with diopter adjustment, speeds 1/25-500s + B, and LTM39 screw mount lens.

Cosmetics

Camera looks very nice, with very few small painting peels. Black finish is elegant and imposing.

Functions

The camera has been restored so everything is smooth and functional.

Viewfinder is bright and focus is accurate and aligned.

Speeds are spot on along the entire range.

Curtains have been replaced with new ones.

The lens glass is clear with no issues. Dry and smooth blades.
