  • Damaged During Transit: As the earrings are delicate in nature if your item is damaged during transit, we kindly request that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). In the case of visible damage upon receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. To facilitate the return process, please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the items back to us, we will promptly issue a replacement or provide a full refund through your original payment method.
  • Shipping:  Our dispatch dates are:
    • Mondays - 8 am
    • Fridays - 8 am  (if you order the item after 8 am on a Friday, the dispatch date will be on the next business day, which is Monday).
    • If you place your order as a standard order, please note that due to RM strikes, delays are inevitable and may delay your parcel for up to max 2 weeks regardless of on-time dispatch. If you need your item immediately, we highly suggest availing 1st class postage. If your order happens to be significantly delayed for more than 2 weeks, please get in touch with us for help. Additionally, if there's any dispute with additional postage payment, please send us valid proof that you have paid additional postage. Once we have verified that the package came from us, we will be liable to refund the extra postage fees.
